Appointment Reminder – Text Templates

To minimize the risk of Customer delays or even appointment cancellation, with the side effect on the workshop Overall Efficiency, if agreed by the Customer, a reminder must be sent 24 hours before to confirm the appointment and the chosen mobility solution (if applicable).
