Vehicle Enquiry

With the support of ModisCS+/Service Entry, the Service Advisor:

  • checks if the vehicle is covered by contractual or extended warranty; 
  • verifies whether there are open service/recall campaigns to be performed, in order to properly schedule the labour time and to ensure the availability of the necessary spare parts; 
  • checks previous interventions on the car. In case of repeat repair, he/she manages the appointment as priority.
