Owner’s Responsibilities

The vehicle’s owner is responsible for the performance of the required maintenance listed in the Owner’s Manual.

The owners are responsible for presenting their vehicles to a Maserati dealer within 60 calendar days after the defect discovery (with a repair order opening) and they have to cooperate with the Maserati dealer providing all the necessary information and providing the vehicles for the time necessary to remove the complained defects.

The warranty is activated on the vehicle and remains valid even in case of change of vehicle ownership.
