Time Limit Requirements

It is imperative that Maserati be provided with timely information to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Warranty claims not meeting the following requirements will be debited:

  • Claim Submission – warranty claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date the Repair Order was closed.
  • Returned Claims – returned warranty claims must be corrected and resubmitted within 30 calendar days from the date the claim was returned (e.g. paid, partially paid or rejected).

The ModisCS+ will not accept any claim beyond this time frame and the warranty claim cannot be submitted.

The Aftersales Business Managers or the Warranty Department (for subsidiaries) can authorize late filing only for justified exceptions.

In case of late submission not justified by valid reasons, a penalty fee equal to 20% of labour with a cap of € 200 will be applied.

The warranty department reserves the right to adjust any warranty claim that is not correctly filled out and/or not in compliance with the Warranty policies.
