Warranty Claim Assessment
The current process of warranty claim assessment directly involves After-Sales Business Manager and Subsidiary’s Warranty Departments.
The warranty claim must meet the requirements set out below and correctness in order to be accepted:
- defective parts codes
- labour codes
- labour amount
- spare parts codes (when applicable)
- spare parts amount (when applicable)
- external work amount (when applicable)
The warranty claim will not be accepted if a mistake is detected during assessment.
