Warranty Claim Assessment

The current process of warranty claim assessment directly involves After-Sales Business Manager and Subsidiary’s Warranty Departments.

The warranty claim must meet the requirements set out below and correctness in order to be accepted:

  • defective parts codes
  • labour codes
  • labour amount
  • spare parts codes (when applicable)
  • spare parts amount (when applicable)
  • external work amount (when applicable)

The warranty claim will not be accepted if a mistake is detected during assessment.
