Cosmetic Defects

Paint, body (internal and external) and chassis of vehicle are covered by warranty during the period of validity of the contractual and extension warranty, when present.

For all claims related to aesthetic defects, regardless the amount, it is required the sending of photographs and cost estimate, attached to the claim.

The claims which don’t include the photographs and the estimate will be rejected.

The authorizations will be granted only for repairs performed by body shops approved by Maserati.

Under certain circumstances a Maserati representative may need to inspect the vehicle before the repair execution.

ATTENTION: The reimbursement can be requested only for defects found and reported on the Work Order during the Reception phase. Requests for defects found in successive moments will not be assessed.
