The Auditor identifies key issues in the workshop workflow and most frequent errors within the warranty process based on an analysis of previous audit results and of the current state of things. A coaching session will be carried out to eliminate any workshop shortcomings according to Auditor's suggestions. Claims are charged back only when significant errors are identified.
