Contact Preparation

Before contacting the Customer, it is necessary to:

  • identify the list of Customers to contact using the Repair Orders forms
  • check what type of repairs have been performed on the vehicle, to be able to conduct the conversation with the Customer
  • collect all the documents relating to the performed intervention
  • prepare the Tool sheet - "Telephone/ mail scripts Customer contact after work“
  • get ready the Tool sheet “Customer contact Tracking Table After Work”
