The auditor carry out a new check on the workshop process and warranty claims (different from the claims already checked in both previous audit) and analyses the results of previous audits. After the observation period, the results of the entire audit process are presented to and discussed with the Aftersales Manager and the ABM, if present.

In addition, warranty chargeback amount (if any) is calculated.
