Closing Meeting

During the last day of the assessment, the Auditor presents to the Aftersales manager the results of the audit  and the possible corrective actions.

Furthermore, the Auditor shows the total amount to chargeback (if applied).

At the end of the meeting the Auditor provides a written report which includes:

  • The values of the main indices of both previous and just ended audit;
  • The analysis details relating to each Service process;
  • Corrective actions for each Service process phase in which a shortcoming has been found;
  • The list of claims checked and the analysis results;
  • Indication of claims to chargeback (if any).

 

At the end of the meeting, the auditor and the dealer representative must sign the Audit Report for acceptance.
