Quote Estimation
Using the Maserati Parts Catalogue and the Dealer’s DMS, the Service Advisor:
- verifies parts and/or accessories availability to arrange the delivery date/hour with the Customer;
- delivers a quote estimation (considering Customer paid services, excluding warranty & internal repair work) of the interventions agreed upon during the vehicle inspection.
The Service Advisor also informs the Customer that he will be contacted in case of changes in the quotation related to interventions that could not be diagnosed initially.
Also in this case, it is recommended the usage of the video-check tool «VHC Maserati» in order to explain more clearly the interventions to be performed and provide a digital quotation that can be sent to customers via e-mail or chat. This facilitates communication with the customer and speeds up the authorization process compared to traditional channels like phone and e-mail, if the customer is not present.
