Key criteria have been identified for each of the items listed above in order to assess performance and compliance with Maserati policies and procedures.
The criteria defined for Warranty analysis concern the main anomalies to be avoided in order to ensure compliance with Maserati policies.
Efficiency Indices will be calculated for each step of the workshop workflow in order to determine the audit outcome.
Once efficiency indices of each process phase have been determined, the overall performance indicators of operational processes and warranty interventions compliance are calculated automatically.
