- The primary target is to correctly manage the booking system in order to be able to allocate in advance all the available workshop time.
- The secondary target is to support the improvement of the workshop overall efficiency.
- The time to allocate, while booking an appointment, cannot be based on feeling or mere experience, but on standard criteria that everybody can simply follow and apply.
- It’s necessary to adopt standard time as the main parameter, since this is a standard reference, everybody can manage and refer to in a simple way.
