Opening Meeting
During that meeting, the Auditor introduces the assessment process to the Aftersales manager and he anticipates a possible interaction (if necessary) with the personnel in order to better understand the Service process.
Moreover, the Auditor provides the list of claims to check during the visit. The warranty manager will collect the Repair Orders and any supporting documentation.
Therefore, that documentation must be available during the audit, otherwise it will be considered missing for the claim compliance.
Finally, the Closing Meeting is planned by mutual agreement.
