Extended Warranty
With the Maserati Extended Warranty program and the Maserati Extra10 Warranty program, the customer can extend the Warranty coverage for Maserati vehicles up to the 10th year without mileage limits.
To benefit from all that Maserati Extended Warranty Assistance has to offer, there are a few requirements:
● All routine and extraordinary maintenance operations required by Maserati are recommended to be duly performed by an authorized Maserati Service Centre
● All the operations required by the mandatory service and/or recall campaigns notified by Maserati have been carried out
● The vehicle systems must not have been involved in major accidents or have been tampered with.
● The vehicle must not have taken part in racing competitions.
● The vehicle must not be stolen.
● Perform and overcome the 121 checks when required by the program eligibility.
CONDITIONS AND MAIN FEATURES OF THE PROGRAMME
EXTENDED WARRANTY 4th-year, 4th+5th-year, 5th-year
Area of application: Authorized Maserati Service Network
Models: Levante, Ghibli, Quattroporte, Grecale, New Granturismo, New Grancabrio, MC20 and GT2 Stradale.
Coverage:
EXTENDED WARRANTY ISO standard Warranty (bumper to bumper).
The battery of battery electric vehicles is not included in this Warranty extension because it is covered by a specific Battery Warranty.
Eligible vehicles:
vehicles covered by the 36-month Contractual Warranty or, in the case of a 5th-year extended Warranty, vehicles covered by the 4th-year extended Warranty.
Unlimited mileage after activation.
Roadside assistance: included.
Portability: yes.
EXTRA10 WARRANTY 5th – 10th year
Area of application: Authorized Maserati Service Network
Models: Levante, Ghibli, Quattroporte, Grecale, New Granturismo, New Grancabrio, MC20 and GT2 Stradale. For all models, only ICE/MHEV versions.
Coverage: limited coverage (transmission, gearbox and powertrain).
Eligible vehicles:
all vehicles that come from a previous Warranty coverage, or all vehicles that are not covered by any previous Warranty coverage but have performed and passed the 121 checks required for program eligibility.
Unlimited mileage after activation.
Roadside assistance: included.
Portability: yes.
Technical inspection (121 checks) : Before activating an Extra10 on a chassis that does not have continuity from a previous EW program, it is mandatory to complete the 121 checks. The coverage can only be activated if the checks are successfully passed. The completed checklist must be retained by the dealer for a period of 10 years and should be attached to the BOL in the event of a warranty reimbursement request.
