Warranty Closing Calendar

The deadlines to be observed in the warranty reimbursement process are defined and communicated at the beginning of the year through the publication of a Bulletin containing the “Warranty Closing Calendar”.

The Warranty Closing Calendar shows:

1) the deadlines for claims validation

2) the HQ closure dates

3) the date of purchase order availability

The strict observance of these terms allows a correct reimbursement.
