Bundle Sales Process
This innovative Bundle combines multiple Service Contracts into a single, streamlined offer, providing customers with comprehensive coverage at a more competitive price compared to purchasing each service individually.
The introduction of Bundled Service Contracts enhances the sales experience by offering a flexible, attractive, and cost-effective solution for both dealers and customers. Bundles simplify the purchasing process, making it easier to present added value and close sales more efficiently. By offering services as a bundle, you’re not just selling a product—you’re delivering a superior ownership experience that encourages repeat purchases and strengthens customer loyalty through a personalized approach.
Customers can now Bundle an Extended Warranty (4th, 4th+5th, or 5th year) or Extra10 with other eligible Service Contracts (excluding CPO), gaining a cost advantage. Discounts on the bundle can reach up to 15%, depending on the selected combination and market.
To activate Service Contracts in a Bundle , dealers should use the updated ModisCS+ platform, which includes enhanced functionalities. For sales, the Bundle can be activated through the "New Vehicle Order Insert," "Vehicle Order Insert," and "Vehicle Order Management" menus, with the addition of multi-selection options for better flexibility. In Aftersales, the new "Service Contracts - Bundle" menu allows for more efficient activation of bundled or individual service contracts. Terms of Applicability: The New Service Contracts Bundle System is applicable to the Maserati Network in OVERSEAS markets, KOREA, and EUROPE. Please note that specific conditions apply for Germany and the United Kingdom, as detailed in the relevant Circular Letters: MAS004667 for Germany and MAS004671 for the UK.
