Technological developments in vehicles have made it absolutely necessary for technicians to be specialized even more than before; the ability to diagnose and deliver solutions is even more critical today,

It is therefore essential that the technicians  specialize,  3 different categories  within the workshop have been Identified:

SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

• Delivering proper repair and maintenance procedures
  
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems, using service equipment
• Execute repairs and maintenance under warranty to manufacturer specifications

DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN:

• Diagnosis of powertrain, chassis and body electronic system faults
• Expert of diagnostic tools
• Testing activity

ELECTRIC VEHICLE TECHNICIAN:

• Diagnosis of electric faults
• Rectification of electric faults
• Electric engine specialist
