Warranty Manager
The Warranty Manager carries out all the procedures for the submission of the warranty interventions and informs the Back Office staff about the interventions covered by warranty orcommercial goodwill.
Main responsibilities are:
- Responsible for correctly submitting and managing warranty claims
- Support the Service Advisor by checking the warranty applicability during the vehicle Reception
- Cooperate with the Spare Parts Staff to properly handle parts return warranty claims
- Monitor Service and recall campaigns fulfillment
