Spare Parts Manager
The Spare Parts Manager is responsible for planning, supervising and coordinating the Warehouse logistics activities.
The objectives of the position are: a high degree of customer satisfaction and the achievement of management performance (Service Level and stock turnover rate).
Main responsibilities are:
- Ensuring the correct supply to the workshop, according to the schedule established and agreed with the Workshop Foreman
- Cooperate with the Aftersales Manager in defining the budget for the Spare Parts service and in achieving the objectives of the internal and external sales campaigns
- Proposing the size of the spare parts warehouse resources such as staff, plant and equipment needed to achieve the set objectives
More generally, guaranteeing the correct maintenance of organisational and management standards of the Warehouse, according to the requirements of the Company (Order, Cleaning, mapping of warehouse locations, management of the logistics area).
