Diagnostic Reports

The diagnostic tools that Maserati utilizes are the Maserati Diagnosi and Maserati Diagnosi EVO. Prior Maserati training is required for all technicians that use the Maserati diagnostic tools. The diagnostic tools provide technicians with the ability to perform various diagnostic tests to identify the cause of a defect. The diagnostic tools can be used to download error codes stored in the vehicle’s ECUs, download new software, monitor/test various systems, view parameters for various systems, etc.

The Coupe and Spyder (M138) diagnosis procedure has been integrated into the latest diagnostic tolls.

All warranty claims involving the utilization of this tool, require each error code and current parameters to be printed and attached to the repair order.

All displaced warranty parts that need to be returned must also have the diagnostic tool’s printouts (if applicable) packed with the part.

All BOLs submitted must have all diagnostically retrieved error codes, parameters, etc. attached.
