  • Preparation and forwarding of Aftersales business reports
  • Preparation of reports on technical interventions performed in the Service Entry
  • Management of all the Aftersales administrative work like Aftersales shift arrangement and invoicing procedures
  • Collection and analysis of all the data information on customers by contacting them through surveys, annual inspection and information transmission
