Refund for Parts

The parts reimbursement of the warranty claims is calculated as follows:

• the purchase price for the dealer (dealer net for standard stock orders) in force at the date of warranty repair;
• a fixed percentage increase (handling) that covers the additional dealer’s costs for parts handling. Specific caps for handlings are provided.
