Additional Service Recommendations
During the delivery phase, the Service Advisor should also:
- propose the extended warranty, if the Customer hasn’t bought it and the vehicle is still covered by contractual warranty
- in case of electric vehicles, offer the “Battery Certificate”, in paper and/or digital format (if not already proposed during the reception phase).
- propose the Maintenance Programs, where available and if the first maintenance intervention hasn’t still been performed
- promote products such as complete wheels, anti-stone chipping, battery charger maintainer
- propose the Mobility Services (Pick-up & Delivery and Loaner Car)
If the above services and products have already been proposed during the Reception and not bought yet, the Service Advisor, reminds the proposal.
