Labour Time Calculation

The correct labour time calculation for the interventions performed under warranty is a very important element for the proper claim filling.

An automatic system has been created in order to check and manage labour time and make the authorization process easier.

The structure of sub-operations code is considered for each labour code.

Here below the explanation of the rules:

Example:

p45_1_EN1

When many labour codes are entered in a warranty claim, the system compares the structure of each code and excludes duplicate ones.

p45_2_EN1

Entering the above labour codes in a warranty claim, the total labour amount is not the sum of them but the sum of the sub-codes considered once.

The system provides the complete labour time visualization and the ABM authorization management; here below a quick guide.

Within the warranty claim, the Operation Details button has been added in order to display the labour codes details.

p46_1_EN1

The codes beside which a red lock icon is represented are considered locked: the associated time is not counted in the warranty claim.

Clicking on the lock icon it is possible to ask for unlock for the corresponding code, mandatory writing a comment.

p46_2_EN1

Clicking on the green icon the unlocking request is confirmed

p46_3_EN1

The labour codes that contain unlocking requests are highlighted in red
