Shop Foreman
The Shop foreman plays a fundamental role in the workshop organization.
Planning the interventions and monitoring the resources availability, allows to improve the workshop performances in terms of productivity and economic efficiency.
At the same time, ensuring the work quality and the respect of the delivery time, contributes to the customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities are:
- Monitoring the workshop’s workload and resources availability (equipment, tools, personnel, etc.);
- Analyse, monitor and manage workshop-related performance indicators and quality feedback received
- Activate the main spare parts warehouse processes in line with workshop needs
- Monitor the skills level of its staff and take action, through appropriate internal and/or external training, to maintain and/or develop them
