Appeals
All appeals forms must be received by Maserati North America within 30 days from the date the claim was paid, partially paid or rejected. Only claims that have been paid, partially paid or rejected can be appealed. Appeals for claims that have not been entered in Modis CS will not be accepted. You cannot appeal a claim that is in “I” status.
Appealed warranty claims require all the necessary information and supporting documentation required to re-evaluate the warranty claim in question. All repair orders must be legible and show front and back, including all punch times or electronic repair order equivalent.
Make sure all supporting documentation is attached to the appeal (e.g., SD printouts, sublet invoices and measurements, etc.).
Email the appeal form and the supporting documentation to warranty@maserati.com. After review, the appeal form will be returned to you with Maserati North America’s decision in writing. Incomplete appeal forms will not be accepted.
