Campaigns on Crashed vehicles

A vehicle has no warranty coverage of any kind if:

• The vehicle is declared to be a total loss by an insurance company.

• The vehicle is rebuilt after being declared a total loss by an insurance company.

• The vehicle is issued a certificate of title indicating that it is designated as “salvage”, “junk”, “rebuilt”, “scrap”, or some similar word.

Maserati will deny warranty coverage without notice if it learns that a vehicle is ineligible for coverage for any of these reasons.

This exclusion does not apply to emission warranties or to recall campaigns.

If a vehicle is flagged (warranty locked) and enters a Maserati workshop with open campaigns:

• Service Campaigns (cost code 23) can be performed at customer’s expense. The dealer must submit a claim in Modis for completing the campaign, claiming the administrative cost only (labor code 0200200).

• Recall Campaigns (cost code 24) can be performed under warranty.
