Warranty Claim Crediting

Credit is calculated in the following manner:

• Labor credit is calculated by multiplying the Dealer’s warranty labor rate by the approved labor operation time.

• Parts reimbursement will be calculated as follows:
  • The part price used for reimbursement will be its price at the time of the claim processing.
  • Part price – stock order price plus dealer part mark-up percentage.
