Change of Ownership
If a vehicle has a change of ownership, it is the dealer’s responsibility to report this change. Ownership changes are made in Modis CS+ with the Service Entry Insert function.
Maserati North America will not accept any warranty claims during the normal warranty period or any request for goodwill consideration if the current owner is not on file with Maserati North America. When submitting a warranty claim, complete the customer name field with the current owners name and his or her FULL address, including the ZIP code and telephone number (with area code) in the field below the customer name.
