New Vehicle Receipt and Inspection
When a new vehicle is received, the dealer must inspect the vehicle within 72 hours for missing items and transport damage.
The process of vehicle inspection and identification of damages is formalized by the Hand Over procedure - Circular Letter MAS002043 – “Hand Over and Transport Damage procedure”.
