Maserati Emergency Roadside Assistance & Reunite

Roadside Assistance Program offers transportation of a Maserati vehicle that is disabled and/or unsafe to drive due to a mechanical problem. If the vehicle is drivable and does not pose a safety risk, the customer must bring the vehicle to the dealership. MNA reserves the right to check the repair order associated with the visit to establish the legitimacy of the service requested.

• “Emergency Roadside Assistance” is defined as the delivery of services through Independent Service Providers, such as towing, winching and extraction within twenty (20) feet of a roadway, jump-starting, tire changes with an inflated spare if the client vehicle contains one, lock out service and delivery of up to two (2) gallons of fuel.

•In the event a customer’s vehicle becomes disabled due to a warranty problems, it will be transported to the nearest authorized Maserati dealership. The customer can request that their vehicle be taken to a different authorized dealer, as long as it is no more than fifty (50) miles further away from the nearest authorized dealer.

• In the event the customer requests the vehicle be taken to a dealer that is beyond the fifty (50) mile limit, the additional costs will not be covered by MNA. The dealership and/or the customer must pay the difference.

• A rental car can be permitted if a warranty repair on a customer’s registered Maserati vehicle takes more than one day.


Goodwill Reunite Program

A vehicle towed to a dealer for a warranty-related disablement within the first year of the customer’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty is eligible for a reunite only when the disablement occurs 75 miles or more from their primary residence (in this case, the reunite would not require prior RAM authorization).

Reunite requests outside of the above parameters will need authorization from the RAM. Email RAM to obtain a copy of the “Reunite Authorization Request” form. When approved, the RAM will email the approval back to you with Maserati Roadside services in copy at maserati@agero.com.
