Blocking Error Code Troubleshooting Guide
There are several types of blocking errors that a dealer will likely come across while working in a Service Entry. These blocking errors typically appear in blue text with a gray background. There are claim block errors and SE block errors.
• Claim block errors appear within the claim screens at the top after the dealer attempts to save information entered on a claim.
• Service Entry (SE) blocking errors can appear on any one of the three SE tabs.
• Prepaid Maintenance (PPM) blocking errors occur when the dealer is attempting to build a PPM claim.
