Service Entry +
Service Entry + is an environment which can be accessed from Modis CS+.
It is the tool used to manage the service life of a vehicle, and acts in this role as the interface between the dealership and the factory.
Service Entry + performs the following tasks:
- Storing the vehicle’s service life (service and repair history, warranty history, completed campaigns, etc.);
- Keeping track of particular service actions to be performed (service and recall campaigns, updates, etc.)
- Managing technical support requests and anomaly reports through Blue On Line +.
- Submission of warranty claims
- Containing vehicle’s specific data (specifications, equipment, colors, assembly number, engine number, etc.).
A “Service Entry” must be opened or submitted from the moment a vehicle enters the workshop, and correspond with the opening of the repair order.
This is usually done by the service advisor during vehicle write-up.
All the work performed on the vehicle in terms of maintenance and repair must be entered in Service Entry +.
The "Service Entry" is considered closed once the vehicle is returned to the customer and the RO is closed.
In this way, the “Service Entry” is essentially the Repair Order as being monitored by the factory.

Here you can also check vehicle configuration and options list.
