Labor Time Calculation

When entering labor codes into a warranty claim, Modis CS+ automatically checks and calculates labor time and identifies and adjusts for overlap.

Within the warranty claim, the Operation Details button has been added in order to display the labor codes details.

The codes beside which a red lock icon is represented are considered locked: the associated time is not counted in the warranty claim unless authorization is provided by MNA warranty management.

By selecting the lock icon, it is possible to request for the corresponding labor code to be unlocked. A note in regards to the request must be entered.  

Selecting the green check icon will confirm the request. 

TThe labor codes that contain unlocking requests are highlighted in red.

The part # and quantity of the spare part(s) replaced are entered in this section. The system automatically calculates the total amount.

In this field, is it possible to insert the amount related to sublet repairs. Sublet invoices must be uploaded along with a detailed narrative. 

In this section, you will find claim total and any adjustments made.
