Required Tools and Training

Damage or loss resulting from the use of improper tools or repair procedures is not covered under warranty. All of the necessary tools and technical information currently available must be used to properly diagnose and perform repairs (e.g., bulletins, training manuals, videos, etc.). Any damage from improper removal and installation procedures is not eligible for warranty coverage.

Technicians assigned to a repair must have completed the required training directly related to the repair performed. It is the technician’s responsibility to follow established procedures and perform the necessary diagnostic tests to adequately determine the correct course of action before replacing parts or performing other repairs. Difficult and intermittent problems should be assigned to the most qualified technicians. The Maserati Technical Support staff should be consulted to facilitate difficult repairs as necessary.

• Enroll personnel in training

• Download training materials

• Check the training status for each employee
