Warranty Claim Assessment

All warranty claims must meet the below requirements in order to be processed:

  • Correct component code
  • Complete labor operations (LOPs)
  • Complete part codes
  • BOL when applicable
  • Complete sublet invoice and totals
  • Supporting documentation
    • Repair order
    • RAM / Customer Care / Warranty authorization
    • Vehicle parameter reports (alignment specs)
    • Media (photos, etc)
  • Concern/cause/correction detailed in claim notes
  • Scan report
  • Battery test results
  • A/C evac and recharge results
  • Vehicle parameter reports
    • Vehicle parameter reports (scan reports, etc)
    •  Alignment specs

MNA reserves the right to request additional supporting document.

If, after repair approval, the factory determines that the issue was caused by an external influence, the claim may be subject to debit or rejection. Additionally, warranty claims may be returned, debited, or rejected due to missing or inaccurate information.
