Cosmetic Defects

Paint, body, and interior trim of the vehicle are covered under the terms of contractual and extended warranty (when present).

For all BOL’s related to cosmetic defects, regardless of the amount, it is required to attach photographs and repair estimate to the BOL.

BOLs must be attached to respective claims. Failure to do so may result in claim rejection.

The authorizations will be granted only for repairs performed by body shops approved by Maserati.

Under certain circumstances a Maserati representative may need to inspect the vehicle before the repair execution.

ATTENTION: The reimbursement can be requested only for defects found and reported on the Work Order during the Reception phase (vehicle write-up). Requests for defects found after Reception/vehicle write-up will not be assessed.
