BBB Auto Line Arbitration Program
(Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, Minnesota only)
MNA participates in the Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) AUTO LINE Arbitration Program in six states: Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, and Minnesota. BBB AUTO LINE is an informal dispute settlement program operated to comply with applicable federal law and regulations. Customers from these states who are not satisfied with their Maserati vehicle and desire a third party to review their lemon law related complaint may contact the BBB’s AUTO LINE Dispute Resolution Program.
Customers may still contact MNA Customer Care at 877-696-2737 or mymaserati@maserati.com to inquire about any concern they have with their Maserati vehicle or voice their complaints. Some states specify that informal dispute programs like BBB AUTO LINE must be used before a lawsuit is filed. In accordance with those states’ laws, MNA requires that customers use the BBB AUTO LINE in good faith beforehand.
